Come join Ellie Brewster and the Virtual Pioneers for a tour of The Bread and Roses Strike. Ellie began this exhibit beganfor her Women’s Studies class, in 2013. She wanted students to be able to learn the different perspectives that played a role in the Lawrence, Massachusetts textile strike of 1912. This strike was a landmark in American labor history, and women played a prominent role. The tour will start in Ellie's classroom, have some time to explore, and then return to the classroom for questions and discussion.
