The Virtual Pioneers would like to wish members and visitors a very Happy New Year!

Our next meeting is not until January 8th, in which we will be staying at VP Headquarters to solidify conference plans, but until then, why not explore some amazing places old and new on Second Life?

Under the "more..." menu above, you can access the Links page and find information on previous tours traveled by the Virtual Pioneers as well as other virtual world links to expand your MUVE in education experience.

Explore the virtual world and enjoy the remainder of the holiday season. We will see everyone again on Sunday, January 8th at 5pm SLT!

Victoire Armande de Rohan will lead us on a tour of Chateau de Versailles 1773. This is a roleplay sim so we will keep conversations in group chat. Please attempt to be dressed in the fashion of this time frame. Search Baroque on the market place and you will find lots of time period clothing.

With the conference rapidly approaching, please join us this Sunday night, December 11th at 5pm SL time (8pm EST) at VP headquarters to continue working on our plans.

Even if you haven't attended recently or can only drop by for a few minutes, please feel free to come by. New ideas, perspectives and assistance are always very welcome.

Don't forget to let your PLN know about the conference. For more information, visit the conference webpage (link available at the top of this webpage).

Hope to see you at the meeting!
